Quality Policy

The Management of eSlip Limited is dedicated to providing the highest possible standards of quality for its services. 

What this means in practice to you as a customer, is that at eSlip we not only say we provide a quality service - It is the most important element of our company's way of working.  It produces a feedback loop that drives our whole future.

We will continuously review the service with our customers, to ensure that they believe they are receiving the highest quality of service from us. And we will update our procedures whenever that will better serve our customers.

The company's Quality Policy is described below:-

It is the declared policy of eSlip to provide a Quality Service to meet the requirements of our Customers in terms of the efficient and effective control of the services provided.  The company maintains a Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2000 standards as set out in the company’s Quality Manual and Procedures Manual.

The Company is proud of its good reputation for responsible practices, reliable services, and dedicated customer care, which are a result of the Company’s ethical culture, skilled committed staff, and quality control over its products and services.

It is the Company’s policy to seek to operate to these standards continuously and to implement and operate fully the ISO 9001-2000 standards through registration and annual review.
