lot of work to ensure we are ideally placed to do this. We are not hampered
by old legacy systems that devour our support teams time, but use the latest
technology.
Why is that important? Well providing the best service, is
about automating everything possible (using the latest tools) and most
importantly ensuring that our support staff have the time to concentrate on,
talking with our customers; getting to know our customers; and working with
our customers to achieve their objectives.
