Service Description
We have
aimed to make the usage of our services as
simple and as straightforward as possible.
The way it works is as follows:-

eSlip will set up the payroll service to
include the payments and deductions that are
relevant to your business

eSlip will send you, by email, an input spreadsheet
template each month (or week) containing
details
of all your employees

You then return the spreadsheet to us, after adding
in any variable pay information for the
period, in the columns supplied, e.g. hours
worked, overtime payments etc.

eSlip will run the payroll, and if required
will send a file through to BACS to transfer
funds into your employees bank account.

eSlip will laser print your payslips and
then pressure seal them into a security
envelope which we will post to your offices,
or directly to your employees homes

eSlip will send you via email a spreadsheet
containing a full elemental analysis of that
payroll run to assist you with Tax/NI
payments and other management information

At Tax Year End eSlip will produce all
documentation necessary and file your TAX
return online electronically -
This means
you will be entitled to the applicable TAX
refunds (£150 for small business for the
year ending April 2007)
It is that
simple. We will agree with you a regular
timetable; you provide us with the raw
variable information and we do the rest.

employees will get paid accurately, on time
and will receive high quality payslips,
reflecting your company's professionalism.

management information you want.
