Chris, has
spent all his working life in the IT services industry. Most notably being
one of the founding Directors of Sceptre Computer Services, that became one
of the leading Payroll and HR services companies.
Chris was responsible for merging Sceptre with Peterborough Software to
form Rebus HR Services, and was appointed it's MD.
Leon Lister
Director
Leon graduated from Manchester
University in 1964 and took up a career in the computing and computer
services industries. Leon worked for a number of years for ICL, during
which he funded himself through a two year MBA course at the prestigious
London Business School. In 1979 he joined RHM Computing Ltd. The company’s objective was to
develop an external (non-RHM) computing services business. Leon joined
as the first Marketing Manager of this new business enterprise and then
became Director of the External Business Division with a seat on the company's
main Board in
1985. Payroll outsourcing was the top product focus of the company.
Antony Woolnough
Client Services
Director
Antony has
extensive knowledge of and practical experience in the Payroll and HR outsourcing
industry. He has a wealth of experience of implementation and support from
small businesses to large blue chip clients, including both private organisations and local authorities
from both a management and practical viewpoint.
In 1985, he started his career like Chris at RHM Computing. When Sceptre Computer Services Ltd
was founded, he was
responsible for setting up the technical environment critical for the
company’s success. He subsequently became Head of the Client Services team
and then Development Manager of Rebus HR Services.

Leon left RHM Computing to become a
founding Director of Sceptre Computer Services Ltd in 1991. He played a
significant role in the development of the company as it became a major
payroll outsourcing supplier in the UK market with many prestigious and
demanding clients

He has also had responsibility for implementation and support services
centres covering both the UK and Ireland.
More
recently Antony has been part of the team managing the biggest Oracle payroll/HR
implementation in the world.
